US state of Colorado approves bill to regulate cannabis concentrates

Colorado’s House has approved a bill that will increase regulations on medical and recreational cannabis designed to reduce the harms from high-potency forms of the drug. When passed into law, dispensaries will have to sell cannabis products in packaging that displays explicit guidance on serving size. There will also be a new daily limit to cannabis product sales of 8 grams per person, down from 40 grams. The bill will also impose further restrictions on access to medical cannabis for 18- to 20-year-olds.
