The NHS has opened its first gambling addiction treatment centre for children and young people. The National Problem Gambling Clinic in London is the first of 14 planned clinics in England and is due to be followed by centres in Leeds, Manchester and Sunderland. The clinic will work with people experiencing gambling disorders aged 13 to 25; previously this level of support has only been available to people aged 16 or over.
