Turkish Parliament increases late night alcohol sales fine

A bill proposed by the Justice and Development Party (AKP) in Turkey will increase the fine for late night alcohol sales to 320,000 Turkish Liras (USD $40,000). The fines will be applied to retailers caught selling alcohol between 10pm and 6am as well as to retailers selling alcohol to people under 18-years-old at any time.
