The FDA instructs withdrawal of 44 e-cigarette flavours

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has instructed four e-cigarette makers to remove a total of 44 products from public sale. The instructions relate to flavoured liquids that were released after the FDA’s authority was extended to cover all tobacco products; the FDA claim that the products are therefore misbranded or adulterated.
