Thailand bans smoking at home

A new law in Thailand has banned people from smoking in their homes where it exposes others to second-hand smoke, in measures described in the Family Development and Protection Act. Smokers have been given 90 days to quit smoking before the new law is applied but could face prosecution in criminal courts if they continue to smoke in their homes.
