Proposed bill to decriminalise psychedelic drugs in California

A bill to decriminalise personal and therapeutic use of psychedelic drugs including DMT, ketamine, LSD, mescaline, MDMA and psilocybin has been proposed in California. If the bill is approved, California will follow the lead of Oakland, Santa Cruz and the District of Columbia, where possession of psychedelic drugs has already been decriminalised.
