Philippines bans vaping in public

On 28 February, the Philippines banned vaping in public spaces. A new Executive Order (EO) prohibits vaping in public and enclosed areas including schools. The EO also outlines regulations for trade and bans the sale, manufacture, distribution and import of unregistered vaping products as well as the sale of vaping products to people under 21 years old. The EO will apply to heated tobacco as well as vaping products.
