European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) report highlights advances in drug trafficking during COVID-19

The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) has reported that there was an increase in international cocaine trafficking during the COVID-19 pandemic. They further report that the quantity and quality of cocaine has increased, that cocaine markets in European cities have expanded and that production of MDMA in Europe continues to rise.
