To subscribe to Addiction or renew your current subscription, go to the Wiley-Blackwell online subscription page.  As the Wiley-Blackwell web site is secure, you can use the online form to pay by credit card. Alternatively you can print a copy of the form, complete it and return it to Wiley-Blackwell with your payment.

Where the subscription includes print issues, the price is inclusive of delivery of print journals to the recipient's address.
